We ship globally to most regions, excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia.

• Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Standard Shipping: $12.95 flat fee via DHL/FedEx. Estimated delivery: 10-15 business days after dispatch.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS. Estimated delivery: 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates. Delays may occur due to customs, weather, or carrier issues. You will receive a tracking notification via email upon shipment.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

• Return Window: 15 days from the date you receive your order.
• Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags and accessories.

• Non-Returnable Items: For safety and hygiene, the following are final sale unless defective: Last Chance items, personalized gear, used intimate apparel, used drinkware, and opened/used camp cooking and cookware items.
• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving your return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
