Where do you ship from, and how long does processing take?
All orders are hand-checked and prepared at our base in Dothan, Alabama, USA. Processing takes 1-2 business days before dispatch.
What are my shipping options?
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx. Delivers in 10-15 business days after dispatch. Includes full tracking. Ideal for Camp Cooking or Outerwear with balanced speed.
- Free Economy Shipping: Via EMS for orders over $50. Delivers in 15-25 business days after dispatch. Includes basic tracking. Perfect for planning ahead for Campsite Living or Apparel collections.
Do you ship worldwide?
We ship globally to serve our community of adventurers. However, due to complex logistics, we are currently unable to ship to certain parts of Asia and a limited number of remote territories. If unsure about your location, please contact us.

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 15 days of you receiving your item. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached. Please initiate the process by contacting our customer service team.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped). We recommend using a trackable service for your return.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
